Purposes of the processing and legal basis
The personal data you voluntarily provide (first name, last name, email) via the forms on our website will be processed, both on paper and with computers, in observance of the provisions on the protection of personal data and in particular of the appropriate technical and organizational measures indicated in art. 32.1 of the Regulation, in order to fulfil your requests for information, for estimates, for the performance of pre-contractual and contractual measures requested by you, and for the fulfilment of the resulting legal and contractual obligations arising therefrom.

The legal basis for the above purposes is the performance of pre-contractual measures implemented at the request of the data subject. Communicating data is a necessary requirement for the performance of pre-contractual or contractual measures, any failure to provide such data will make it impossible for the writer to respond to your requests and offer you our services.

Categories of recipients
Your data may be communicated to the following categories of recipients:

  • subjects authorized for processing
  • professionals, consultants, vendors
  • authorities responsible for fulfilling legal obligations

Transfers to a third country
The Data are processed at the Data Controller’s operating sites and in any other place where the parties involved in the processing are located.
The User’s Personal Data may be transferred to a country other than that in which the User is located.
The User is entitled to obtain further information on the place of processing and about the security measures taken by the Data Controller to protect the Data.

Data retention
The necessary personal data will be kept for the duration of the contractual relationships established and also thereafter in accordance with the rules on the retention of administrative documentation for the fulfilment of all legal requirements related to tax, accounting and administrative obligations.

Rights of the data subject
As a data subject, you may exercise your rights at any time by sending a communication by e-mail to the contact details given above. In particular, you will have the right to request:

  • access to personal data;
  • their correction;
  • deletion;
  • restriction of their processing;
  • the right to object to their processing;
  • the right to data portability, i.e. the right to receive, in a structured, commonly used, machine readable format, the personal data you provide.

Complaint to the supervisory authority
Where the prerequisites are met, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority or to take legal action.

Automated decision-making process
The data controller does not use automated decision-making processes, including profiling.
